GST and the recent selling of the bond are only new sources for the morons from Umno to enable themselves to get richer especially so when the national coffer is now in deficit. Therefore any alternatives the proposed forum can come with will mean nothing to the morons to these Umno morons. The only way one way is to convince the present coalition partners in BN to jump ship yesterday and have nothing to do with all the daily scandals that are being revealed.
Once again I plea to these lackeys to prevent these Umno morons from doing the damages they are doing ! You are condoning their atrocities, not for justices for the people and your children’s children will not only have to pay for it but will condemn you for years to come !

If the rich powerful politicians and civil servants could learn how to save wastages and leakages which run in multi-billions yearly, we poor rakyat don’t have to get poorer by the years with rising costs, dropping salaries.

You simply cannot impose new taxation. You have to replace it with tax cuts in other areas. Presently, the citizens are burdened with high cost of car ownership. Impose GST and cut taxes and duties in cars. Based on reports, our car taxes are the second highest in the world after singapore.
high car taxes simply sucks money from financial institution meant for businesses into the hands of the government. and the citizens take loan to pay for taxes, which is unheard of anywhere else except in asia.
Reduce taxes on cars or ban sales of cars that are heavily taxed.
It is cruel and inhumane to impose such high taxes.
BTW, GST shouldn’t be more than 2.5%. Anything more than that means the government is taking more than their fair share.
Ship brokers and ethical traders do not impose more than 2.5% in their daily trade as commission for marketing. Why should the government get more than this?

By the way, i suggest that all lowly paid workers be imposed a nominal income tax of say 3-5% including foreign labourers. The reason being, so that these lowly paid workers understand the pain of paying to the government and appreciate what those in the higher bracket had to suffer.
And they will also think twice about huge government project and be more critical about government spending. presently, they just does not seem to care.

If GST is applied soon, zero rate for Sabah (not exempted) so that the nation can learn and grow with GST – a totally new system to do business
